Who we are
Omsita is a multi-industry company being founded in 2026, headquartered at our global office (1 Innovation Way, Northgate Park, Suite 1400 — placeholder during founding). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information across omsita.com and any digital experiences we operate today or in the future, including our brand sites (such as Triberine and TheVi Lab) and our SMS / text messaging program.
Today. Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, message, topic). Limited technical information collected automatically when you visit omsita.com (browser type, pages visited, approximate region). Cookies set by us or by trusted analytics providers.
As operations begin. If you create an account on a brand site (Triberine, TheVi Lab), we will collect the information you provide — name, email, mobile phone number, postal address, payment details handled by our payment processor — and the information necessary to fulfill orders and provide customer support.
SMS program data. If you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number, the consent timestamp, the source of opt-in (web form, keyword, or written consent), the IP address used at opt-in, and your message preferences. We retain these records as required by applicable law, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request.
- Improve our website and the way we communicate.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- (As operations begin) fulfill orders, manage accounts, and — only with your consent — send updates about products you have shown interest in via email or SMS.
SMS / text messaging program
By providing your mobile number and opting in to messages from Omsita or one of our brand experiences (such as Triberine or TheVi Lab), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us. The following terms apply.
Program description. We send two categories of messages:
- Marketing messages: product launches, promotions, restock alerts, abandoned cart reminders, and exclusive offers.
- Transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, delivery notifications, customer support replies, and account alerts (such as two-factor authentication codes).
Message frequency. Marketing message frequency is recurring and varies by brand — typically up to 10 messages per month. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your activity.
Costs. We do not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for details on charges that may appear on your bill.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to SMS in order to buy from us or to use our websites. Opting in is entirely voluntary, and you can opt out at any time at no cost.
How to opt in.
- Submitting your mobile number with the SMS consent checkbox on one of our websites (for example, at checkout or via a signup form).
- Texting a keyword such as JOIN or START to our messaging number (published on each brand site when the program is live).
The full program disclosure — including frequency, message-and-data-rate notice, opt-out instructions, and a link to this Policy — is shown before you complete opt-in.
How to opt out and get help.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all marketing SMS. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further marketing texts.
- Replies of UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT are honored the same as STOP.
- Reply HELP for an automatic response with our brand name, support contact, and a link to this Policy.
- Reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe after a previous opt-out.
- You may also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@omsita.com. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and at no cost to you.
Opting out of marketing SMS does not stop transactional messages required to fulfill an active order (for example, shipping notifications). To stop those, cancel the underlying order or close your account.
Supported carriers. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Boost Mobile, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or that you have authorization from the account holder.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Trusted service providers under contractual confidentiality obligations — including payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, our SMS messaging platform, analytics, and customer-support tools — who may use the data only to provide services to us.
- Legal authorities when required by law or court order.
- Parties involved in a corporate transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), with prior notice where reasonable.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP or ask for more information by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
In plain terms: your phone number and your SMS opt-in status are used only by Omsita (and the SMS platform that delivers messages on our behalf, acting as our service provider) to send you the messages you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your number with affiliates, partners, advertisers, or any other third party for their own marketing.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To exercise any of these rights, email

Cookies
We use functional and analytics cookies on omsita.com. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Marketing or advertising cookies will only be set with your explicit consent, and will only become relevant once our brand experiences launch. We will publish an in-page cookie preference center alongside our analytics implementation in a future update.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Inquiry data submitted via our contact form is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. SMS consent records (opt-in evidence and opt-out requests) are retained for at least four (4) years to comply with applicable telecommunications law.
Security
We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect personal information — administrative, technical, and physical. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify users of material data breaches as required by applicable law.
Children
Our website, brand experiences, and SMS program are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and minors may not enroll in our SMS program. If you believe we have collected information from a minor in error, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our operations expand and as legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be highlighted on this page along with a revised effective date. Please review the policy periodically.
