Omsita is being founded around a simple conviction: the most meaningful innovations in everyday life don’t shout. They quietly do the work, year after year, until trust becomes the brand. We are launching with two brands in development — Triberine in health and wellness, TheVi Lab in beauty — both built on the same patient discipline that started us.

TIMELINE

Omsita formally founded.

The corporate parent is established. The discipline of the company — patient research, transparent operations, sustainability by design — is set on the first day.

2027

First Triberine products planned.

Triberine’s founding wellness range is targeted to enter initial markets, supported by independent academic review of every formulation.

2028

TheVi Lab launch planned.

TheVi Lab’s founding skincare collection is intended to debut, developed in collaboration with master perfumers and dermatologists.

2029

First independent ESG audit.

The first full-cycle independent ESG audit is planned, with results published in plain language across our environment, people, and governance pillars.

2030

Public progress against 2030 targets.

The first comprehensive progress report on our founding sustainability commitments is intended for publication. Targets met, missed, and revised — disclosed in full.

BEYOND

New categories in active research.

Adjacent verticals in life sciences, home wellness, and sustainable consumer goods enter the development pipeline as the founding brands stabilize.
